I started Shyft Stack as Noor Ahmed Ecommerce Solutions in June 2020, building Shopify stores one client at a time. 4,208 projects later, the work is still personal.

A written plan with deliverables, timeline and price. Smaller projects get a fixed price; larger ones are split into fixed-price phases.
Work happens on a development copy of your store. You see progress at regular check-ins and approve each stage before it moves on.
Noor reviews every project personally before it goes live. Then we launch, watch the first orders through, and stay on for fixes, improvements and new features.
Shyft Stack's Shopify stores have fixed prices in USD. A single-page store with a custom design costs $500 and takes about 1 week. A 5-page store costs $1,450 and takes 2 to 3 weeks. Stores of 10 pages or more start from $2,490 and take 3 to 5 weeks. Monthly support plans start at $299. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed separately by Shopify.
It stays live and keeps taking orders until the switch-over. We build and test your new Shopify store alongside it, move your products, customers and orders across, and redirect your old web addresses to the new pages so you keep your Google rankings. A final sync on switch-over day picks up anything that changed.
No. We set up Shopify POS alongside your current system, so you keep trading as normal. Your team is trained before the switch-over, which we plan for a quiet day.
Our own in-house team: Shopify developers, designers and project leads, with one named contact for your project: Abdul Rafay, our Chief Operating Officer. You can also reach Noor Ahmed, our founder, at any time. Our engineering team is based in Pakistan and schedules calls in your business hours.
Yes. We migrate stores from Wix, Squarespace, Square, Lightspeed, Clover, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and any other platform, including products, customers, order history and URL redirects so you keep your search rankings.
Yes. We are a Shopify Plus Partner and build Plus stores, checkout extensions and B2B setups.
You can keep us on a monthly support plan for fixes, updates and improvements, or call on us when you need something. Either way, you own everything we build.
