Scope and quote
A written plan with deliverables, timeline and price. Smaller projects get a fixed price; larger ones are split into fixed-price phases.

Build and review
Work happens on a development copy of your store. You see progress at regular check-ins and approve each stage before it moves on.

Launch and support
Noor reviews every project personally before it goes live. Then we launch, watch the first orders through, and stay on for fixes, improvements and new features.
