Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of shyftstack.com and to projects you order from Shyft Stack (formerly Noor Ahmed Ecommerce Solutions), whose head office is at Villa 102-L, MR-9, Block C, B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan. A written proposal or order for your project forms part of these terms; if the two differ, the proposal or order wins. Orders placed through Fiverr are also subject to Fiverr's terms.

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written scope listing the pages, features, products and revisions included, with a fixed price and an estimated timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment

• Projects: a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% on delivery, before your store goes live.
• Support plans: billed monthly in advance; cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
• Prices and invoices are in US dollars. Prices shown in GBP or CAD on our website are approximate conversions for comparison.
• Your Shopify plan, themes, apps, domains and other third-party services are paid by you directly to those providers.

Timelines and your part

Timelines run from when we have the deposit and everything we need from you, such as content, images, product data and store access. Delays in providing these, or in giving feedback, move the timeline. We will keep you updated and tell you early if anything on our side changes.

Revisions and approval

Each package includes the rounds of revisions stated in its scope. We build on a development copy of your store and ask for your approval before launch. If we have not heard from you within 14 days of delivery, the work is treated as approved.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the designs, code and content we create specifically for you. Third-party themes, apps, fonts and libraries remain under their own licenses, which you will hold or we will transfer to you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a project at any time by email. If you cancel before work starts, we refund the deposit in full. If you cancel after work starts, we keep payment for the work completed up to that point and refund the rest of the deposit. Completed and approved work is not refundable.

Support and warranty

After launch, we fix any defect in our own work at no charge for the support period stated in your package. This does not cover changes made by others, third-party apps or theme updates, or new features.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, store access and data confidential and use them only to deliver your project. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Liability

We take care to deliver work that is accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee specific sales or rankings, or that third-party platforms will always work as expected. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The content on shyftstack.com is for general information and may change without notice. Please do not copy it, or misuse the site or its forms. Client logos and store screenshots belong to their owners and are shown with their work in mind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Islamabad, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live. We will always try to resolve any concern directly first; email us.
