Overview
QKEY is the exclusive US distributor of ENGWE e-bikes, based in California. Most of its business is wholesale to bike shops.
Sales happened offline: reps visited shops, orders came in on PDF and Excel forms, and payment was by bank transfer. QKEY wanted that process online.
The challenge
The store had to put wholesale first for a mostly B2B business, handle dealer approval and tax-exempt sales, and launch on a tight deadline.
