   Discovery call

   A free call about your store, your goals and what is getting in the way. You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.

   Scope and quote

   A written plan with deliverables, timeline and price. Smaller projects get a fixed price; larger ones are split into fixed-price phases.

   Build and review

   Work happens on a development copy of your store. You see progress at regular check-ins and approve each stage before it moves on.

4. 4

   Launch and support

   Noor reviews every project personally before it goes live. Then we launch, watch the first orders through, and stay on for fixes, improvements and new features.
