How does ordering work?
Send a request for the package you want. We confirm the details within one business day, then send a 50% deposit invoice. Work starts when the deposit is paid; the balance is due on delivery, before your store goes live.
What counts as a page?
A page is a unique layout, such as your home page, a collection page or the about page. Every product uses the same product template, so products do not count as extra pages.
Do I need to buy a Shopify plan or theme?
Yes. Your Shopify plan, any paid theme and paid apps are billed to you directly by Shopify and the app makers. We recommend the right ones for your budget.
What if I need more than the package includes?
Add extra pages, products or copywriting, or ask for a custom quote. We tell you the cost before any extra work starts.
Who owns the store?
You do. The store is set up in your own Shopify account, and everything we build is yours.
